0.91 Updates

Things in the most recent update:

1. Added a character sheet as a download. Is it the final version? Maybe? I kind of like the simplicity.
2. Added on to Downtime. I spelled out what each of the downtime activities mean, and can do, to hopefully provide some good insight for abilities
3. Added a little to the magic system. I added a quick blurb on learning magic, as well as updated the Skills paragraph to make it so that talent levels are now tied to level. You don't gain ability on level, but level does lock you to a certain ability. I think it works better and helps define character growth.
